Part 1: By changing the rhythm of your breath, you expand your life.

I am speaking to you now, as an expression of the light, the light from which you were born, the light from which you have been created, the light of which you are, the light of which you radiate. This light shines out from your heart. It carries with it a specific signature, one that belongs energetically to you and you alone, for this is the code from which your initial conception was created.

There are different speeds at which you can choose to live. Many are caught on the treadmill of survival. It is a rhythm to which they become enslaved completely, for they believe that if they were to stop, their very survival would be compromised. This rhythm of life induces a constant level of stress, of being ill at ease, of being always behind the curve, of being the last in the relay race; a sense of always having to catch up. It causes a slight breathlessness in the physical body as if there is not the time to take the full breath. Many of your current diseases and illnesses are caused in this realm of survival where there is not the time to take the full breath.

It is for this reason that many are afraid to take the full breath for it feels like a threat to their very survival. They would prefer to be in readiness; a form of induced stress waiting for the next axe to fall, the next trauma to face, the next challenge to overcome. For many of your youth, this is the training that they receive through their education. There is already an induced sense of breathlessness around achievement, success, the inaccessibility of achieving their dream, never mind their soul purpose.

As you breathe now, you can sense these layers of survivalism within your own body, your own mind. These have been embedded in your DNA for centuries, millennia. To move fully into a new way of being, it is time to breathe your way through into a new rhythm of being. For you see, the rhythm dictates your thoughts, your thoughts give impulse to your actions and your actions tailor your experience of this realm of existence. So, simply notice the rhythm of your breathing now and the sensations that this rhythm allows for in your physical body, the space that opens up in your mental body and the overarching presence and communication with you; the spirit and soul of you.

By changing the rhythm of your breath, you expand your life. You move from linear, focused, survivalist, stressful living into peacefulness, expansion, creativity, resilience and healthfulness for your whole body, for all your cells. And from this place, the healthfulness and peacefulness radiate out to everything around you. All the objects, whether you consider them to be sentient or not, conscious or not, everything is affected by the vibration that your heart signature radiates from this space of peace. It is the most potent force on this planet; unity with and through the breath creating ease, grace and coherence through all of your bodies: physical, mental and emotional so that your spiritual signature may be intoned without interference, that its wavelength and emission may be freely registered here in this realm of existence, this dimension of beingness. This is the central point of resolution for everything that you care to bring here. It is all good, very good.
