What have I learned in the last 48 days of eating …

What have I learned in the last 48 days of eating only fruit and vegetables and practising non-judgement?

– that to commit to anything is important, essential even, in helping you to move forward. You can hear as many sweet and inspirational words as you like, hey you may even write them or speak them, but if you do not consciously put them into action, they retreat back into the ocean and you must wait for another wave to bring them your way. There is power in commitment, it allows solutions to come and find you!

– Non-judgment is a liberation. I feel so much better about myself and everyone else. And the more I practise this the more the non-judgement morphs seamlessly into love; giving it and receiving it. Judgement is a juiced-up game of superiority that ultimately is most harmful to oneself.

– Love is not just a feel-good thing, it`s an almighty powerful force. It heals, it resolves, it empowers, it brings hope. Love is powerful, powerful, powerful beyond words! It`s time to become a LOVE monster!

– It really doesn`t matter what other people think of you, however, it matters greatly what you think of yourself. Who are you to yourself? Show up for yourself, be in integrity with yourself, be kind to yourself and love yourself through everything.

Oh, and by the way…
– I love fruit and vegetables and feel so good, so clear and so uncluttered eating and living this way I just want to keep going with the happy addition now of a few nuts, a little avocado, and some grains!

Now! What else can I commit to? 🤔
