In my sessions I act as a channel for your Higher Self; that infinite part of you that is invested completely in your highest good and wellbeing. I remain completely conscious and act as a messenger for all your Higher Self has to say but also the healing love, they wish for you to receive.

Often, I will be made aware of a place in your body that requires a release. Together we will breathe into it, and it usually shifts swiftly and easily with the breath. The breath is everything, your greatest tool in life.

I cannot tell you in advance what your Higher Self will say other than I know they will lead you back always to the love of yourself in the most beautiful way for they know you and love you unconditionally and are guided only by your highest good.

They will not tell you your future for no one or nothing can do that, that is uniquely your journey and your life is full of so many potentials for you to discover and live but they will help you remember your beauty, sovereignty and inner peace so that you can live life connecting deeply with your passion and purpose, knowing what is best for you.

I do work as a healing medium in that sometimes in a session those that have passed will make themselves known. It is always with the aim of bringing healing and resolution and it will not happen unless you desire it.
