Do you ever feel like the `to-do` list is longer than the stamina you have to complete it? Then read on.
Peace of mind is the condition you achieve when you allow the trust in `All That Is` to pervade your soul. What we mean is that you must release all expectations, cares and worries and allow the feeling that all is in perfect order to transfuse your whole being. With every thought and worry that arises from your little self, allow the greatness of your bigger self to say, `Peace now, peace now little one, no need to worry. All is in perfect order and all is well`.
Do this as if you were trying to calm the worries of your own child, and you will see that this brings a renewed sense of calm. It is only when you have this peace of mind that you can begin to act in the world.
Do not act while trying to find your peace because your worries will manifest themselves in your reality unless you lay them to rest. Imagine that it is like trying to climb over a very high brick wall when in fact all the time there is a doorknob within the wall that opens a door that you had not seen as you were so busy trying to climb over the wall. You had convinced yourself that, yet again, the world was testing you and challenging you. You are busy berating yourself for not having trained harder and been fitter so that you could scale this high wall when all the time if you had simply been at peace you would have noticed the doorknob in the wall revealing the doorway through. These are among the illusions of your time that great `efforting` is needed.
Peace of mind and peace of heart are the tools that will help you move through any walls blocking your path. Return always and incessantly to the peace within and the doorknobs will reveal themselves.
