And so, this joy that we speak of is not dependent on what is happening in your life. Indeed, no matter what is happening in your life this joy is constantly available. Its availability is based on a decision that you make within to access it, no matter what is presenting outside, no matter how you are feeling.

Initially, you may not be able to sustain it but the more you believe yourself capable of accessing joy the more the joy comes running to find you, it is actually that simple, dear ones.

Do not allow your eyes to close upon the day without reminding yourself of the joy that you are, for it is through the recognition of the joy that you are that all resolution comes. And as your physical body lies slumbering, your soul is delighting in presenting to you the joy of who you are in the dawning of the following day.
