The only effective form of functioning in and of the world is through the heart space. The heart space opens you to a new form of language, a new code of conduct, a new reality. To access this heart space, you must be very vigilant, for the mind would have you think that it is the master.
To master one`s life means mastering your living through the heart space. From this space everything takes on a new significance, a new vibration, a different hue, another perfume, an eternal joyfulness and happiness, an inherent easiness and deliciousness that will leave you fully satiated.
Just imagine that your breath flows in and out through your heart. Imagine at your heart, pink petals tinged with white. Watch the flower of your heart open and close rhythmically to the sound of your tune; the rhythm of your breath.
Keep putting one foot in front of the other with as much courage and love as you can muster.
Keep loving
all that you do,
all that you are and
all who you are with.
