By booking a service with Jane-Louise Kelly you hereby agree to the following policies:

All payments made to Jane-Louise Kelly are non-refundable in the case of cancellation, missed appointments or rescheduling. Clients may use payments as credit towards future appointments of equal or lesser value, or as partial payments for appointments of greater value. Clients who are not present for their appointment/arrive after a ten-minute grace period will be marked as a cancellation. Clients may reschedule appointments 24 hours in advance of an appointment by emailing Jane-Louise directly at info@jane-louisekelly.com.

This work is meant for purposes of insight, education, spiritual and emotional growth.

Services rendered are in no way professional legal, psychological, psychiatric or medical advice, and will not/cannot be treated as such.

Any consequences or actions taken on the part of the client have been made/enacted via the client’s free will and personal decision-making. Actions taken by clients prior to any appointment are in no way the responsibility of the provider of services rendered. Any medical conditions or occurrences can also not be claimed as the fault of services rendered, and the facilitator cannot be held liable for any conditions following healing/channelling sessions. Jane-Louise Kelly will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages that may result, including but not limited to economic loss, injury, illness or death.
