Autumn can be a time of introspection. As the leaves fall from the trees so do your illusions drop from your being. For this to happen the illusions must be made clear so that you can face them fairly and squarely. Allow this to happen without judgement of yourself, simply become aware of beliefs or behaviours that no longer serve you and allow for that unconditional love of yourself and all that surrounds you to pave the way forward.
The winds blow to dislodge all that is teetering in imbalance, allow it to be so. Do not be afraid to let go of what no longer serves you for in its place will be a brand newness that will dance joyfully with you in the space that you have created.
Should you feel overwhelmed, just shower yourself or what you are thinking about with love. There is no greater medicine in life than a shower of love; raindrops of love falling softly on you. There can be no such thing as an excess of love and never is the sending of love to others wasted or lost. It is gathered up and held in waiting until the recipient of your love is fully ready to receive it. So, send each other love and open up your heart to receive.
